As a child, my father would take me to our family’s printing plant, The Johnson Press, in Pontiac, Illinois. I would ride handcarts up and down the ramps and that was my start in printing. As the saying goes, “Once the ink is in your veins...”

I have been in printing for over 35 years in various positions and served over 5 years as Vice President of The Johnson Press. In that position I was responsible for all production scheduling and quality assurance. I’m confident production experience has made me well rounded in my position as Sales Executive.

I am now in my ninth year with Premier Print Group. What I enjoy most about my job is my clients, their diversity, and the satisfaction that comes with the success of each completed project. I also genuinely like working with my fellow team members who have the same passion for their work as I do.

My husband, Joe, and I have been married for 28 years and live in Pontiac, Illinois. Our daughter, Morgan, is 25 and a graduate of Illinois State University working in Chicago for Accenture. Casey, 24, is a graduate of Parkland College and the proud father of 15-month-old Adalyn Blue Wolf.

The greatest experience in my life to this point was witnessing the birth of my granddaughter and seeing the smile as tears of joy trickled down Casey’s face. What an absolutely joyous and miraculous event.

In my free time, I love golf and more golf. I was thrilled to card a 79 last year at Wolf Creek Golf Course. It’s amazing how some aspects of one’s life improve with age. I also enjoy designing and creating jewelry.
