I have held several production, management and sales positions in my 30 years in the printing industry. My sales career began when I started selling printing equipment. Later, I found that I liked selling printing even more than selling machinery and joined the Premier Print Group in 1999.

I often just answer with a grin when asked how I happen to have worked in the printing industry most of my life when, in fact, I have a Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in History.

I appreciate that Premier Print Group is a solid and progressive company that has state-of-the-art equipment, experienced people and capacity to handle all of its clients' needs.

My wife, Debbie, and I live in Monticello, Illinois. We have a daughter, Rhiannon, who is 28 and a graduate of The University of Kentucky, a son, Brandon, who is 18 and a freshman at the University of Illinois, a 2-year old granddaughter, Luxy, and another granddaughter on the way.

Flying is a favorite activity and I have had a private pilot's license since 1997. I also take pleasure in golf, deer and turkey hunting, deep sea fishing, and have traveled extensively in North America and Europe.

My personal philosophy toward customer service is: "Be honest, be fair, and be prompt when a customer asks for something."
